Production Description

Triisopropanolamine is synthesized through propoxylation using liquid ammonia and propylene oxide as raw materials. It is produced using an advanced external circulation drop reactor and a fully automated DCS control system. It boasts numerous advantages, including high main content, good selectivity, low alcohol ether content, and light product color. Primarily used as an additive in the cement grinding process, it serves as a raw material for novel cement grinding aids. This product significantly enhances mill output and improves the long-term strength of cement, particularly effectively stimulating the activity of admixtures such as fly ash, slag powder, and limestone powder.
